Within Access Counsciousness®, there are approximately 50 basic body processes. What would it be like to be able to communicate with your body again and ask it what it needs and what would be the greatest benefit for it at the moment? Do you know how much information our body tries to pass on to us throughout the day? When was the last time you really listened to your own body and what it was trying to tell you? It is absolutely amazing how easily and happily our bodies communicate when we open ourselves to this discussion. It sounds unbelievable, but your body is able to tell me which body process would be the greatest benefit for it at a given moment. My task is to be present here in my energy and to listen to his needs. Bodies very often purr and rejoice that someone finally asks them something, and after 10, 20, 30… 60 years, someone listens to them again.
